WOD: For Time:

50 Wall Balls (20/14)
1000M Row
50 Thrusters (45/35)
30 Pull Ups
50 Wall Balls (20/14)


What you see before you is not a team workout.  It is a “Jackie” hell sandwich.  “‘Jackie” being the Row, Thrusters, and Pull Ups.  Hell being the 50 Wall Balls on each end.  I want you to feel as if you have to use the “F” word when describing this workout to someone who was out of town.

This workout was fabulous

This workout had a certain facundity to it

This workout was a fanal in my exercise journey

I had some fantigue about this workout, but afterwards I loved it

Fatuous as the Wall Balls may have been, they certainly made me fain

I did not feeling like committing felicide after this WOD

This workout was a fragor.  I felt frangible afterwards, but I loved it

Though I first felt fugacios when I saw the workout, I felt fulgour when it was done
